My name is Suresh Yadav, residing in birbalpati deoria. From a couple of days a person name Gasu is theatrening me, mentally and physically torching too. Being physically handicape I am unable to defend my self. It becme whorst when on 3rd jan 2013 at 5 pm he stop my bike at amarpure chouraha and physically torching me, he always said to me that he never afraid of police, police will nothing to him. Let me explain the whole matter, Gasu this person I have given my house to build at tender of Rs 7500 and I have given Rs 2000 as first installment but after getting money he ignore to start work unless I pay full. So I payed full to it but after that also same story whenever I met him I found him in drunk condition, after a huge request finally he started work after 1 month form the first installment, and at last he left the work incomplete . Whenever I request to complete the work he become aggrassive. And finally I hired another person for my work. And after he started to say that I will not let any person to work in your house do what can you do. Now where to knock. Please assit anyone to help me
